Abbelle Gowns Returns Policy

Abbelle will be happy to refund any full price and sale gown purchased, provided it is returned to us in a fully re-saleable condition with all tags attached and in its original dress bag within 14 days of receipt. Damaged gowns are sold as seen and are non-refundable. If returned gowns are not in a fully saleable condition for reasons set out above, including but not limited to examples such as the garment has been worn or smells of perfume or has been dirtied or damaged, then no refund or exchange will be possible. If you return a gown later than the applicable period set out above and the goods are not defective then we may at our discretion accept a return in the form of an exchange. If you find your gown is defective or damaged please contact us within 48 hours to arrange for it to be returned, so that we can rectify the problem. Once we have had an opportunity to inspect the gown and if satisfied there is indeed a defect, we will exchange or refund your gown.


Abbelle Accessory Returns Policy

Abbelle will be happy to refund accessories purchased, provided they are returned to us in a fully-saleable condition with all tags attached and in its original packaging with 14 days of receipts. Please note that pierced earrings are non-returnable for reasons of hygiene and safety.


Lay Away Service

Abbelle offers a ‘Lay Away’ service to customers who wish to spread the cost of the payment of a gown over time (maximum 4 months).

Example:

Gown £500

  1. 50% deposit £250 1st January 2018
  2. 1st payment £80 1st February 2018
  3. 2nd payment £80 1st March 2018
  4. 3rd final payment £90
  5. 1st April 2018

Gowns remain the property of Abbelle until the gown has been paid for in full.
